Staging Services
I am a Realtor AND a certified home staging expert. My job as your home stager is to make your home more appealing to potential buyers. I will create a space that buyers can envision themselves living in; a space that is truly aspirational!
I will begin the process by scheduling an initial visit to your home, when I will take photos, measurements, and an initial inventory of each room. After this visit, I will create a detailed report of what we can do to create the most buyer appeal in each room. At this point, you have two options: 1) My DIY clients can follow all that is laid out in the report, or 2) I will come in and get to work. Either way, the process, from this point, is simple… 1) Declutter, 2) Make any repairs & paint if necessary, 3) Depersonalize, 4) Spring Clean, 5) Rearrange, and 6) Put on the finishing touches.

What is your fee?
This service is FREE to my clients. If you are not one of my clients I offer consultations for $200, and they included a detailed report for your home. I also offer a menu of services, beyond the consultation. I also offer virtual staging services for empty homes.

Redesign | $500 flat fee | The redesign includes space planning, a detailed report, and design services. All interior space will be redesigned for optimal layout & placement |
How long will it take to stage a home?
That depends on how much needs to be done. One room, using furniture & accessories already there, can be done in as little as a few hours. A complete overhaul, with repairs, painting, bringing in furniture & accessories, and full staging can take a few weeks.
